10x Is Easier Than 2x by Dan Sullivan & Dr. Benjamin Hardy

10x Is Easier Than 2x is rocking my world right now.

Dan Sullivan, the world’s leading coach for highly successful entrepreneurs, shows how achieving 10x growth in any area of life is easier than striving for 2x growth.

Going for 10x growth is easier because there's only 1 or 2 choices one can make.

Also: 10x is not the outcome; it's a counterintuitive process you can apply every time you want exponential growth in your life and business.

10x is fundamentally about quality vs quantity, and the quality of your freedoms determines the results you achieve.

In So Good They Can’t Ignore You, Cal Newport debunks the myth that "following your passion" is good advice.

He claims "a focus on passion over skill can be dangerous, leading to anxiety and chronic job hopping."

He believes passion comes after working hard to become excellent at something valuable.

This book is for:"anyone fretting about what to do with their life, or frustrated by their current job situation and eager to find a fresh new way to take control of their livelihood. [Cal] provides an evidence-based blueprint for creating work you love, and will change the way you think about careers, happiness, and the crafting of a remarkable life."

The Confident Mind by Dr. Nate Zinsser

When it comes to high achievement and staying confident amidst struggle The Confident Mind is a must-read.

If you've ever felt inspired by the ability of elite athletes to perform under insane pressure you'll love this.

Their incredible discipline feels like something most of us can't have.

I've struggled with discipline and momentum most of my life. I think of times when I'd get a burst of improvement, hit a plateau, and get discouraged – thinking something's wrong with me or I'm doing the wrong thing.

The book explains that science shows plateaus as part of the process of progress. It also explains what it takes to become confident and to stay confident. And has the power to change how we view life and what it takes to be great at what we do.

Radically Content by Jamie Varon

My love of this book borders obsession.

It's been years since a self-help read has been this hard to put down.

In Radically Content , Jamie Varon gracefully tackles a proverbial elephant in the room: the world's never ending feeling of dissatisfaction.

You may know her words already from her Instagram.

She talks about why this happens and weaves in her own experience.

Each word drips with wisdom and pierces to the core of your soul. The truth in each sentence is palpable.

If you've ever struggled with your to-do list or feel overwhelmed by a messy home, this book is the antidote you need.

Especially if you consider yourself neurodivergent, a parent, or both.

KC Davis, a therapist and mom, removes the morality behind messiness.

She talks about letting go of the shame-based messaging that interprets a pile of dirty laundry as “I can never keep up” and a chaotic kitchen as “I’m a bad mother.”

To take a section from her book blurb on Amazon: "Your home will feel like a sanctuary again. It will become a place to rest, even when things aren’t finished. You will move with ease, and peace and calm will edge out guilt, self-criticism, and endless checklists. They have no place here."

Superlife by Darin Olien

Superlife is a groundbreaking health and lifestyle guide.

Darin Olien, renowned superfoods expert, nutritionist, and co-host of “Down to Earth with Zac Efron” on Netflix, unveils the key to vibrant health.

You’ll learn the concept of the five life forces—Quality Nutrition, Hydration, Detoxification, Oxygenation, and Alkalization—as the pivotal factors for well-being.

In Superlife, Olien offers a detailed roadmap for nurturing these forces, enabling our bodies to thrive. Without resorting to restrictive diets, he empowers readers to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, prevent diseases, and feel fantastic.

Drawing on his global travels and research into indigenous foods, Olien presents a proven formula for unlocking our bodies' full potential.

Written in Olien's engaging conversational style, Superlife is a timeless and indispensable resource for optimizing human health and potential.

Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus

Words can't describe how inspiring and thought-provoking Lessons In Chemistry is.

It's easy to become wary of popular books. Often, they're not as good as the masses proclaim. But this book was beyond what I ever expected.

It's the story of Elizabeth Zott, as The Washington Post says, "a gifted research chemist, absurdly self-assured and immune to social convention" in 1960s California whose career takes a detour when she becomes the unlikely star of a beloved TV cooking show.

You'll find your emotions going up and down as she faces life with utter strength and confidence.

Every time I read a chapter, I feel motivated and inspired to be the best person I can be. It's a beautiful example of a strong female lead and won't disappoint.

Money and the Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks

Money and the Law of Attraction is one of those books that's a must-read if you're on a spiritual journey.

It reminds you of an important universal law and that we can have conscious creative control over our lives.

There are sections for each part of life: wealth, health, career. Some sentences ring so true your whole body radiates with coherence. One of my favorite quotes from Abraham Hicks says:

“It slows you down tremendously if you need to see evidence of something before you believe it, because that means you have to wait for someone else to create it before you can believe it. But when you understand that the Universe, and the Law of Attraction, will respond to your imagined idea as quickly as it responds to an observed idea, then you can move quickly into new creations without having to wait for someone to accomplish it first."

If you're looking to grow your spiritual knowledge and refresh your perspective on life, this is a great book to buy.

Codependent No More by Melody Beattie

The cultural phenomenon that has helped heal millions of readers, this modern classic holds the key to understanding codependency and unlocking its hold on your life.

Melody Beattie’s compassionate and insightful look into codependency—the concept of losing oneself in the name of helping another—has guided millions of readers toward the understanding that they are powerless to change anyone but themselves and that caring for the self is where healing begins.

Is someone else's problem your problem? If, like so many others, you've lost sight of your own life in the drama of tending to a loved one’s self-destructive behavior, you may be codependent––and you may find yourself in this book.

With personal reflections, exercises, and instructive stories drawn from Beattie’s own life and the lives of those she’s counseled, Codependent No More helps you break old patterns and maintain healthy boundaries and offers a clear and achievable path to healing, hope, freedom, and happiness.
