  2. What part of my life needs more space? What’s one action I can take to create that space?

  3. What feels heavy in my life right now? What feels good? How can I integrate more peace into my life?

  4. What do I notice about my thinking that’s helpful or harmful? How do I want to change my thinking to increase my abundance and joy?

  5. How do I process my emotions? Is it healthy for me? Do I feel inspired to do it differently?

  6. What kind of anxiety am I experiencing lately? How can I better self-soothe and support myself as I transition in my life?

  7. What can I do this week to start connecting to myself more? Is there anything I can press pause on to simplify and hear my voice better?

  8. What are my negative thoughts often focused on? What are a few affirmations I can speak to them this week?

  9. When I allow myself to sink to a lower energy, why does that happen? What in me needs to heal or be brought to my attention?

  10. Move up the ladder to higher vibrations this week by writing at the top of a blank page: I like the feeling of… and see what flows out of your pen. No judgment or editing.
